Returns & Refund Policy – MAGOEN

We want you to love your MAGOEN order. If something isn’t right, here’s how we handle it.
Returns
You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. Items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In their original condition with tags attached
- Returned in original packaging where possible
To start a return, email us at hello@magoen.com with your order number and reason for return.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or we made an error.
Exchanges
We don’t offer direct exchanges. Return your item and place a new order.
Sale & Limited Drop Items
Items from limited drops (including BLOSSOM 001) are eligible for return only if faulty. All drop sales are otherwise final.
